Open the clear browsing data menu
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows,
or ⌘ + Shift + Delete on Mac.

Select “Cookies” and “Cached images and files”
Make sure both options are checked, then click Clear data. This removes oversized cookies that cause the 400 error.

Reload the Vellabox page
Press F5 (or ⌘ R on Mac). The page should now load correctly.
