What’s included in the boxed set, and what can I customize?
Each boxed set features a premium candle paired with thoughtfully curated packaging. The following elements may be customized:
- Scent: 30+ unique blends
- Candle size: 4 oz, 8 oz, or 16 oz
- Vessel: Amber or Clear glass
- Lid finish: White, Black, or Gold
- Box color: White, Black, Cream, Blue, Green, or Purple
- Custom candle label: Customize a ready-made template or fully design your own
- Box sealer label: A coordinating sealing label, designed to complement or mirror the candle label
Optional: You may also add on customized match jars to your order. Choose to match the label to your candle or create a completely custom design.
Are your candles non-toxic, and what ingredients do you use?
Yes. Our candles are crafted with clean, high-quality materials for a safe and elevated burn:
- 100% soy wax
- Premium fine fragrance and essential oils (phthalate-free, paraben-free, and Prop 65 compliant)
- Pure cotton wicks
What is the turnaround time and shipping timeline?
Orders that are confirmed within 24 hours of the label proof will ship 2–3 weeks from the order date. Rush production may be available upon request. For expedited orders or timeline inquiries, please contact brittany@vellabox.com.
Can you ship to multiple addresses for gifting or corporate orders?
Our online checkout supports a single shipping address per order. For gifting programs or corporate orders requiring shipment to multiple addresses, please email brittany@vellabox.com for personalized assistance.
Do you offer design support for custom label creation?
We offer professionally designed label templates, detailed file specifications, and technical guidance. Final custom label artwork must be provided by the client.
Can I order a sample or proof prior to full production?
Yes. To ensure complete confidence before production, we offer:
- Tea light scent samples: $10 for up to six samples, shipped prior to placing a full order
- Digital proof (label designs): Provided for approval before production begins
- Physical proof (label designs): Available upon request for $50 (includes shipping)
